Corinne Levee was born and raised in a northern suburb of Chicago. As a young girl, Corinne was always drawn to the spiritual and metaphysical side of life. She would be attracted to books and shows about spirits, she would find deep meaning within her dreams and keep dream journals, she would even get her friends to attempt out of body experiences during slumber parties! She just always felt at home within the spiritual world, and this feeling carried through to her formative years and into adulthood.

There were times in Corinne’s life where spirituality took a back seat. Since a young age, Corinne struggled with addiction to drugs and alcohol. She also experienced a trauma that occurred between ages of 4-6 years old, to which she sought refuge in drug and alcohol use. Throughout the years of active addiction, she fell off of her soul’s true path and spent way too long in the dark nightmare that is addiction. Thankfully, on Feb 12, 2018, Corinne sought treatment and has been sober ever since.

She got her life back.

As soon as her mind cleared from the fogginess of that dark time, Corinne’s spiritual nature returned with such a force. Yoga, energy work, therapy, and a growing connection to Spirit is what ultimately lead to Corinne’s long-term sobriety, and because of this, she wants to give back what was so lovingly given to her. She obtained her Level I and Level II Usui Reiki certifications , enrolled in a Kundalini Yoga teacher course, and recently, she dove into the art of creating and selling healing metaphysical tools.

Today, Corinne can honestly say, that she is able to keep a quiet mind and a calm soul even during storms of the roughest nature.

Presently, Corinne lives in Dallas, TX with her husband Justin and their adorable pup Charlie (who LOVES Reiki btw). She is a medical biller for a psychiatrist’s office, and through her business Go Within Recovery, she is an Usui Reiki practitioner, as well as the creator and seller of metaphysical tools on Etsy.
